    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    Sociology requires quite a bit of research, sometimes the topics you are looking for requires hours of constant searching.

    Course highlights:

    I learned of the various social structures and occurrences that are embedded in our society.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Get your research done early, so you can put in the effort to actually do your assignment properly.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This course gives a wonderful overview of the length and breadth of sociology. It helps to give a broad view of how the world is shaped by societal forces. The class includes an interesting overview of the different sociological theories and schools of thought.

    Course highlights:

    I gained a greater understanding of the different sociological perspectives and gained an appreciation for the "sociological imagination," and how it can be a useful tool when analyzing social trends.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Do all the work. If extra credit is offered take advantage of it. Use the writing center.
