    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The class really teaches students a lot about the human body and how it works together as one big machine. It is great for those who want to pursue a career in the medical career.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course definitely was dissecting a cat at the end of the year. It was really fun and rewarding. My favorite subject to learn about was the bones.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

STUDY. STUDY. STUDY. Do not blow it off and wait until the last minute to look over your work. The class is not really hard, it is just a lot. A lot of it really is just memorization, so look over your notes and work a little at a time each day and you will do just fine.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study frequently and always look at the visuals that you receive in class. It's always important.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it not only teaches you the names of all the organs, muscles, and bones of the body but it also helps you later on in life to be able to identify this important information. The teacher is an excellent scientist who has been teaching this course fir some time now. I highly recommend her and this course for all non science and science majors.

    Course highlights:

I learned the many muscle groups the body has. I also learned the names of the bones, and everything in between them. I learned how the kidneys function and the process of how filtration works to get rid of waste through urine.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Flash cards are always a big help in almost any course but especially this one. It helped me memorize the bones, and the muscles. It helped me by writing down a question over each specific piece of information and answering on the back of the card.
