    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If you are going to Sport Psychology then this course is for you. If you are going into bio-mechanics or physiology this course may be a little tough. Coaches, Administrators, and Teachers may find the course tough but insightful.

    Course highlights:

After all the literature review, that was extremely tedious, you learned a lot about different issues with different populations. There was probably no other way for you to learn the information that well, but is was a highlight at the end of it all.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to do a TON of journal searches. There are a lot of assignments that require certain amounts of references. This can be a very long process, especially if you don't have a lot of interest with the particular sub topic or population.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Braun made the course fun and inviting. I have not had as much fun in a class before taking this one. Great material and easy to follow lecture notes.

    Course highlights:

I learned a broader knowledge of sport psychology than I knew before. Not only is sport psychology complex, it can actually be complicated and can range from a large variety of things. Very helpful if one has gone through a previous sports injury or suffered from any sport mental, emotional, or physical injuries.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the lecture notes and the chapters in the book. Always go to class and pay attention during lectures. Take adequate lecture notes and review using the book.
