Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Calculus is tough, but Professor Aghayan is a very good teacher who clearly explains every topic of calculus 1. He helps you if you do not understand a topic and is also available outside of class. All you have to do in that class is try and you will do very well

    Course highlights:

In this course I learned and relearned derivatives. Everything about derivatives and also anti-derivatives

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

For anyone who is considering this course: Take it! All you have to do is show up to class, listen, take notes, and do your home work

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course because he taught in very different ways than I had been taught in the past. This professor appealed to the inner engineer in me and allowed my interest to peak. I had personally already taken this course in high school so it was as challenging as it could have been but this professor changed the way I viewed the subject.

    Course highlights:

The best part of this class was the real world situations. Unlike simpler math classes that have you measure simple things like area, this class inputs time and measurements in topics like the rate of change. This was very interesting because the professor made it easy to engage in the topic and made it much more interesting than it probably was.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

For future students, I would say studying is both an option and a requirement in this class. Just because the professor cannot force you to study does not mean you do not have to. To pass this class and understand it, studying is basically a requirement.
