Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class is very engaging. It is a great gateway course and prepares you for any other course you will take the next semester.

    Course highlights:

Our course had an emphasis on pop culture and politics. While this was not something I thought I would enjoy, it became one of my favorite classes. The professor allows students to debate and argue their point of view while also steering the conversation in the direction of the subject studied that day. We discussed the election, social injustice, racism and many other subjects that students cared about deeply. It was a fun class and we learned so much of what is going on in our area. The professor really cares about his students and his job and will help students succeed.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the material and do not be afraid to voice your opinion. Not only is it fun but you learn a lot about yourself and what you believe in. The course is pretty flexible but make sure you keep your work on time.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would not recommend this course because on top of it being a required freshman class, it consists of the professor having to explain herself more than two times because of how confused her students were.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was my final presentation because it was one of the very few activities we did. I learned how to play video games in this course

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The advice I would give is to find a group of classmates to sit with and share information with just in case you need outside homework help.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

The course is very crucial for every student who is pursuing any degree. You learn how to create a research paper and how to obtain information to support your paper.
