    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because of how easy it is not only is it online but it's fun to learn about the body and how your body moves and how it works.

    Course highlights:

What I learned from this course is how to prevent my body from any injuries and how to cure my body by finding the right stretches if a situation where to happen where I injuried myself.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

The advice I would give is to show the professor you care about the course and that your eager to learn, if you show them that, they will help you succeed!

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

He is a great professor that teaches you everything you need to know about the basics of kinesiology

    Course highlights:

He was very nice and thorough with his presentations. You should be able to pass all the tests if you paid attention to all his lectures. Very good professor.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't slack off. This is the foundation of kinesiology, you will either know that kinesiology is the major for you, or it isn't.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to anyone even remotely interested in the field of kinesiology. It was extremely informative as well as engaging. Considering I took it as an early morning class, it was fairly easy to remain awake as well as interested in the material we were learning each day in class. Although the class leaned towards the side of rehabilitation that I am not as interested in, I still came out of the class knowing so much more about the subject than when I went into the classroom for the first time.

    Course highlights:

The biggest highlight for myself was when we hit the section on anatomy and physiology. That is the side of kinesiology that I am most passionate about. I have always been intrigued by the human body as well as all of the science and math that goes into studying everything we are all capable of. It was truly an awing section of the entire semester.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend studying every single night for this course as it has so much new information that many of us students had not seen before. The course was fairly easy as long as we showed up to class, took notes, and studied our notes.
