Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Great course to prepare for future research papers. Also inspires critical thinking applied to current events and a strong preparation for persuasive research writing.

    Course highlights:

Very strong focus on developing use and analysis of logos, ethos, pathos, and kairos. A quantitative literacy element forces students to analyze data and present it in their argument.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be ready to put in the time needed to write a good paper. Make sure you leave plenty of time to make you edits and proof reading.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class is the first writing class where I truly learned how to write a great essay! I also learned how important each body of the paper is and what to include in each section. I earned A's on every single essay I wrote.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to back up my claims with substantial amounts of evidence and also learned how to acknowledge both arguments of an issue when writing about a controversial topic which is extremely important to do in those types of essays.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Use every tool the teacher gives you to write a good essay because it makes the process of writing so much easier and do NOT wait to write an essay the night before it is due. That kind of stress is overwhelming at times.
