    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Professor Ramirez is one of the greatest professors I have had. She is very kind, understanding, and has a lot of knowledge in Women Studies. I thought this class would be boring. However, Professor Ramirez made the class very interesting with class discussions and readings making sure they were relatable to everyone in class. The course is called Women Studies, but she made sure the topics discussed in class would included women and men.

    Course highlights:

I gained a lot of knowledge on topics about sexuality and different options of giving birth. For example, I did not know there are a list of sexualities. I always knew of 3, until I learned in Women Studies that there are 17 different sexualities. There is a sexuality named penasexual, which is someone capable of being attracted to people of all gender identities and biological sex.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in the class, you will need to attend class and read every reading assigned before you go to class. Attending class is very important, because there will be a class discussion about the reading(s) that are assigned for the students to read for that day. These class discussions are very interesting and give the students an opportunity to understand the content of the reading for the midterm and final. Also, the readings are well written by well known poets and withors and very relatable to people's personal life. A lot of my class mates were able to relate to most of the readings.
