Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would love to recommend this class to everyone, unfortunately he is moving to Alabama to teach there and I am really excited for him to have newer experiences and hope that the kids in Alabama enjoy him and take his class.

    Course highlights:

Highlights of this class was all of the random facts he told us about presidents or random facts of the era. About the presidents we dived into the Kennedy theories, and he would tell us about 20s not being all glam as we imagine it. I learned that I love history and that there is so much that we don't know.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to his class! All of his lecture notes are on the test, and read the book and do the quizzes and you will do great on the tests and if you are struggling go to the office hours, yes everyone says that, but you really should.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

even though this is a required corse for all students, it is actually interesting. Mellard makes it as if you are in the roaring 20's or in the great depression, or whatever age we are talking about. I find it exciting to learn about what we did as a country.

    Course highlights:

I learned all about the roaring 20's, great depression, world war two, cold war, nixon and the scandal and much more. It's great being able to learn about history so that the bad things do not repeat themselves.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study a lot and take amazing notes. They grade primarily on the lectures of the class rather than basic knowledge. Try not to miss a class because its important to know everything from 1877 to present day.
