    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This (along with the associated course itself) was a great class! I would argue that this and Exercise Testing/Prescription were my favorite classes that led me to pursue graduate school. If you enjoy exercise, you can't help but fall in love with these courses. They are tough, but interesting and fun!

    Course highlights:

I learned the basics of what was happening on the cellular and tissue levels with exercise and movement.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You definitely need to study, but it's very interesting material that is fun to learn despite its difficulty.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this lab because Ron was an awesome lab instructor. He wanted us to succeed.

    Course highlights:

This lab taught me a lot of information that I have found myself applying to my daily life. You learn a lot about how the human body reacts to certain training environments.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you record lectures. There is a lot of material so it is nice to know you have it all on record. Sometimes you just don't have enough time to write everything down.
