Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class explains more than just how the art is created, but how the art is influenced by its surrounds and how it influences the surroundings in turn.

    Course highlights:

I learned to view art through a more open minded stance than I would have before.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The Course I took was via Correspondence, so my recommendation is to stick to the assignment schedule, and take the test as soon as the essays are returned.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was very detailed and presented challenges to the students but was not severely difficult. The extra credit opportunities were a large help and gave a light side to the class, and the requirement to attend performances helped to blend the students with their university.

    Course highlights:

The extra credit opportunities made me enjoy this course, but the thorough, yet light, teachings by the professor and the form of the tests made me enjoy it more. Also, the book is more of a crutch than a tool needed to just get by.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Writing down everything the professor says is key, and the study sessions are your friend, as are those around you. Also, helping others may help you as well in the long run (but you should also do it just because it's nice to be nice).
