Great Intro to the Subject
This class was tough.
I would definitely recommend this class to anyone that loves fitness and is interest in how the body works during exercise. I took so much from this class that I feel so knowledgeable. If you really want to learn and challenge yourself this is the class.
One Mr. Patek made this course the absolute best and made topics that could be boring so interesting and awesome. I learned so many things but what I feel i learned the most about is how our body works in different intensity and all the energy systems we use.

Review your notes after every class will help tremendously. The review sheets that are given to you really help you prepare for the tests.
