    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Ms. Gibbons was an amazing professor. Loved the course because she made it interesting. She is a little scatter brained but that made the course more relatable and it would give time for brain breaks. She had lots of her own stories to describe other aspects of psychology. She is the reason I chose psych as my minor.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about the brain and how it works in everyday settings and situations. It helped me understand more about mental health and why it's important. Because it was just an intro class. she did very well at giving an overall basis of everything.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class. It is interesting and she gives extra credit on some days. Go to office hours as well, she is a wonderful lady and will help you in every way possible. Do the reviews and study them in advance and you will pass the test. DO THE ONLINE ASSIGNMENTS. They are extremely easy and worth a decent amount, just do them.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor was very organized with the course as well as being very understanding with grading. The power points were very helpful and there were many videos on them to provide as examples for certain chapters.

    Course highlights:

Some of the highlights for this course were learning about the numerous amounts of psychological disorders that people suffer from and I also was very educated in the different kinds of hormones that take part to change moods.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To any student considering taking this course, I recommend that you read the chapters that will be reviewed in class beforehand. It will give you a better understanding as to what chapter the professor is lecturing on.
