    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I highly recommend this class and this professor to everyone. Not only was the professor experienced in the subject but was also extremely helpful. This class was full of small and big projects that take time and thought. We also did at least an hour of volunteer work with children in something art realted. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is taking this class for three hours once a week, it isn't enough time to finish projects and or start some.

    Course highlights:

Taking this course changed my thoughts on what art in a classroom should look like. Here you learn how to incorporate art in the class and what is acceptable as an art project. The professor showed us different methods of art with paint, watercolors, oil pastels, etc. My favorite project was the Eric Carl collage, here we created a large piece using several smaller works we made prior. What I really enjoyed about this class was she not only taught you about art and different projects but just how important having art in the classroom can be for students to use their imagination and creates a distraction.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

There are three things for success in this class. first, you have to go to class if you don't you miss out on a lot of important information on how she wants projects to be accomplished and examples of future lesson plans. Second stay on top of your work. There are a lot of projects some in and some out of class that you have to be able to keep up with. last but not least do as much as you can when in class. You don't have a lot of time to do projects in class so when you have free time make sure to work on those projects unless you want to have a lot of outside work.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This professor is extremely vague and he doesn't give specifics. He expects a lot, but treats us like we are dumb.

    Course highlights:

The only good part about this course was teaching in actual public school classrooms. It helped me learn a lot about my teaching style and what I might need to work on.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you have to take it with Sean prepare to have everything you learned before thrown out the window and forgotten.
