    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This is one of the courses I refer to most in my profession. Mrs. Brasfield was wonderful. Tough but a fantastic teacher who cares for her students and wants to see them succeed.

    Course highlights:

    We talked about how to talk to people. There are many issues in which effects the ability for someone to accept nutrition advice and this class helps to prepare you to be an outstanding dietitian.

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Follow directions. All of them. If you follow directions and pay attention to detail, you'll do great. Also, study hard. Her tests are set up to make sure you really understand the material.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    Good class on how to motivate others The coursework is pretty tough, seems much easier than what it is. The infomation is pretty straight forward.

    Motivational interviewing How to make a handout Menu planning How to counsel people

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Study the material from the power points and practice applying it. Tests are off the reviews. Half multiple choice half fill in the blank.
