    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I love this class. It is very interesting and I think it is a subject everyone should learn. Food plays a larger role in our lives than we think it does. We need to take care of our bodies and we should start by being more conscious of the things we consume.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of this course were learning about the mistakes I was making in my own lifestyle and how they affect my health and day to day life. I also learned a lot about how my body works to digest the foods I consume.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    If you're taking this class then I would recommend paying attention in class, doing the assignments ahead of time, and doing the study guides ahead of time.
