    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Teaches you about child development and milestones in a child's life.

    Course highlights:

I took away lessons to apply to my life and the life of those I know who have children. You learn how children interact and why they do the things they do. I helped me understand children better and be patient.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Go for it! It is a great course for those who want to work with children. You'll really learn about children from birth to their toddler years and understand how to interact with. This course is rewarding and although it does come with a lot of reading its worth it. The observations really helped me apply what I learned in class to the children I observed.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this course to anyone pursuing a degree interacting with children. This course has deepened my love for children and has showed me the many developmental changes that children acquire with age.

    Course highlights:

There are several wonderful highlights in this course. This course teaches you about the amazing psychologists that created a better understanding of children’s development. Child Development emphasizes on the many aspects that can affect a child’s growth, such as culture, community, family and even their peers. We will all encounter a child at some point in our lives, whether it be at a park, a grocery store, or maybe even our own. This course provides a better understanding of a child’s mentality and prepares you for a child’s response.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed in this course you must read the chapters to get a better understanding of the lectures. This is not an easy course and it is writing intensive, but with hard work and motivation you can easily gain an A.
