Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I love this professor and I would definitely recommend her, she's so sweet, offers study guides and also a lot of extra credit so utilize each opportunity. It's a lot of reading, but most of the reading is interesting and even so her PowerPoint are a good representation of the reading. Most importantly go to class!!! It will be beneficial in the end when you receive extra credit for attendance and turning point participation points.

    Course highlights:

The Dietary Analysis Project was my highlight because it showed me that my eating habits weren't good and that I consume too much of the macronutrients and vitamins I don't need as much and too little of most of the nutrients and vitamins that I need.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class everyday, make sure you have your turning point device in the first week of class, utilize all forms of extra credit and study hard. You can do it I promise
