I'm going into music as a profession and have my instrument figured out. One aspect that musicians constantly fail at is financial stability. A business degree, especially one involving managing money, can really save a artist from financial failure.
I haven't taken the course yet. I've only done a high school class on the subject. The highlights of that were balance sheets, account balancing, and account money transfers.

Know how to use Microsoft Excel efficiently. Accounting on pencil and paper is a genuine pain.
