    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it teaches students about the position that we are in. What I mean by that is that get to learn about other people around the world that don't have the same abundance of food and still are not malnourished. You learn about micronutrients and how do they contribute to overall health.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of the course is definitely the dietary analysis project where you examine what you eat and find out if you are malnourished or not. The answer will surprise you.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Have an open mind in regards of the way you think about food.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Ms. Thornton gave such entertaining lectures and she seemed so passionate about the course material. I loved her class!

    Course highlights:

The best part of the course, personally, was learning what all of the vitamins and minerals roles are, how much we need of each, what foods contain them, and other interesting facts.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

You have to go to class to succeed in this course. Reading the chapters helps a lot, also.
