    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If you want to go into a medical field, you definitely need this class. It applies chemistry to physical processes, and for me it made chemistry relevant.

    Course highlights:

Highlights of the course were finding out the ways chemical reactions perpetuate biological functions. It was so interesting to see the purpose of chemistry when it comes to biology. I learned about inhibitors, reaction kinetics in physiological conditions, hemoglobin properties, enzymes and more.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

STUDY ALL THE TIME. Seriously, don't get behind or you will not do well. A lot of the processes and concepts you will learn need to be learned over a long period of time, they can't be learned the day before the test. Trust me.
