    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    Teacher explains concepts very well.

    Course highlights:

3D props to show geometry of molecules for understanding.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Chemistry after high school is never easy. Organic Chemistry I is a course that gets exponentially harder as classes go by. Do not slack. Follow the lectures with reading up on the chapters, and take the homeworks seriously => will get you at least a B.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to anyone serious about perusing a field that heavily relies on the study of Organic Chemistry. Organic Chemistry is really the building blocks of life and what runs our daily activities. There will always be a profession that relies on it either directly or indirectly.

    Course highlights:

My favorite part of the course was connecting the dots between chemistry and biology and how close the two are related. This is heavily emphasized in the text book.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You must absolutely read the book and do practice problems.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I am currently pre-med and taking this course. This course is a prerequisite for harder sciences. Mastering this course will surely guarantee success for future classes, however it is very difficult so be prepared to work hard.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to name many organic compounds as well as the mechanisms related to the reactions they undergo.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Study every day and work on practice problems out of your textbook. Its basically a self taught course so be prepared to study harder for this class than any other class you have taken.
