    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Excellent overview of the ecological properties of plants, focusing on range species. Covers succession models, plant photosynthesis types, plant interactions, forage, etc.

    Course highlights:

Everything you learn in this class will eventually pop up again in other classes, especially in Range Management courses. Dr. Cox is a great teacher, and the exams are geared towards testing your understanding of the material rather than your ability to memorize data.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class! Dr. Cox never takes attendance, but all of his stories and anecdotes are really helpful for learning how the information is applied in the field, and sometimes pop up on the exams.
