    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Although this class is very interesting, it is also extremely writing intensive. We watch one movie a week and then write an essay over it. The movies were fun to watch and you will learn a lot about cinema.

    Course highlights:

Every week we had a lecture over a different element of cinema including cinematography, mise-en-scene, editing, and sound. I enjoyed watching the movies and learning about the different aesthetics but the essays definitely made the course a little more difficult.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not take this class if you think it will be an easy blow off class. I highly recommend taking bribes as you watch the movie because it is hard to remember certain elements of the movie when you are writing your essay.

    Course Overview:

You get to watch movies for a grade.

The class is about breaking down movies and understanding what you are shown. The best part of the class was that you got to discover what movies are out there

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

write notes on what you see in the movie that the lecture covered
