    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Professor Lewis makes a lot of jokes regarding religion and can be sometimes pretty mean about it, while I respect his opinion I believe he should not be trying to influence students' religious decisions but focus on the class content. For this reason, and his foul language I did not enjoy the class.

    Course highlights:

I did learn some pretty cool facts and interesting things about biology and the way animals develop and how very much alike we as humans are to them.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

You do not need the book, although he recommends it. I would just make sure to go to class and especially to the lab. He says the tests are not vocabulary based but they are, you do not need to apply any actual knowledge.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Held was by far the best professor I have had so far. He makes the material easy to understand and in a way that it sticks with you.

    Course highlights:

Reproduction and development were the best part of this course. You'll learn everything from why certain cells do what they do, to how babies are made.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take notes but treat everything like a puzzle so it stays in your brain.

    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The material is interesting, although there is a lot of it. Test info is straightforward.

    Course highlights:

You'll go through many different facets of biology, and you'll get some life advice mixed in.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

STUDY well for the exam. Otherwise, don't waste your time worrying about the course. A good few hours before each exam gets you an A.
