Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Roberta Allen pushes her students and assigns extra homework, classwork, and practice quizzes. The other professors assign minimal work which may seem like a positive thing but Roberta Allen prepares her students the best. Her classes test averages are always higher by a long shot! Roberta Allen cares about her students and wants to see them succeed! I would have not passed ACCT 2300 with any other professor!

    Course highlights:

Not only did I learn the concepts of financial accounting, Roberta Allen taught us exactly how to do actually work with financial statements and balance sheets.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the nightly reading! Use the practice quizzes to your advantage because knowing how to do all of the practice questions will help in making a 100 on the quizzes.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I highly recommend it for any student who wants apply real life business strategies for managing finances properly.

    Course highlights:

My highlights were learning about bank reconciliations which, if done effectively, can allow someone to successfully mack their cash balance to the bank statements made on their accounts.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Take this course very seriously and do not fall behind.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course really helps you prepare for other courses in the business school. Teaches you a lot more than just what you learn inside the class.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course for me was seeing the big picture when everything comes together. The biggest thing that I learned was preparing financial statements.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

For me I started studying after the first class. Make sure that you keep on top of the course work and don't dig yourself a hole you can't get out of. Also go to supplemental instructions as well.
