    Pretty easy, overall.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I really enjoyed this class. Sociology is an intriguing topic in itself and the way Professor Thompson lectures, it becomes even more interesting. This class holds your attention with topics that are relevant to your life now.

    Course highlights:

Being that this is an introductory course, the class touches on all of the sociological factors. I learned about pressing world issues such as genocides, but I also learned about issues here at home such as nature v. nurture and the development of things such has marriage and divorce. This class is by far the most relatable course I've taken. I learned a lot about myself as well as those arounds me.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take it. It's a good course for anyone wanting to be interested during lectures. Listen and take notes, and you'll be well on your way to a good grade in a good class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

If you have to take a sociology class, I would definitely recommend Jerome Koch's introduction to sociology class. I'm now a sophomore at Tech and he is still the best professor I've had since starting college.

    Course highlights:

Dr. Koch was definitely the best part of this class since he brought so many outside factors and stories into the class. He made the class incredibly interesting while also teaching you everything that you need to know. I love sociology since it teaches you about how society affects individuals and establishes how we act as we grow up.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you take the class with Dr. Koch, you really just need to go to class and you'll get an A. He tells you everything you need to know for the tests. I would recommend just going to class period because you won't be bored - everyone loves him.
