Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It was informative, helpful, relevant, and interesting!

    Course highlights:

We discussed microbes in the environment, in/on the human body, and ways to manipulate them to help the Earth and its inhabitants. There was a lab portion that directly correlated with the class information.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you must take this class as a prerequisite for Nursing, Dietetics, etc., take it with Amanda Starr. Print out the power points and make an outline to study for lecture. Write in the lab notebook each day to keep from having so much to do before the due date. Study the lab lecture power points for the exams and pop quizzes.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was highly informational. It also helped that it was taught by amazing instructors. I took a lot of information from it that I use in my day to day life.

    Course highlights:

Learning some of the basics of bacteria really helped me understand several different topics of study, and was the foundation for understanding medications and how some work. I highly recommend it for students looking to enter a nursing program, or any medical program for that matter.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you go study all of the notes. As long as you keep up in the course work, the tests are not too hard.
