    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class was difficult but definitely achievable if you study a lot. The lab is completely memorization and easier then the lecture. But they are both definitely difficult but necessary.

    Course highlights:

I learned all about the human body obviously and it was a definitely necessary class to have in order to go to nursing school.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise to study study study. This class is difficult and you have to study. Also working with classmates can definitely help you out.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course to anyone going into the medical field. The lab for this course focused on learning the names and structures of the entire human body, while the lecture focused more on how the structures worked together in systems. The lab and lecture together provide a great introduction to human anatomy and would help anyone pursuing a health care career.

    Course highlights:

Through taking ZOOL 2403, I gained a huge amount of knowledge in just a short period of time. I learned how the human body is structured and how all the different parts and systems work together to help us function. It is important to go to every lab and every lecture, because valuable information is giving during every class. I loved learning about the muscles and how they build and work, but during this class you also learn about the skeletal, reproductive, cardiovascular, and many more systems.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

When they "recommend" that you buy the lab manual and lecture note packet, DO IT. The lab manual was essential to passing this course, you need it for every lab. Having the manual is also helpful when going back to review the structures of the body because it has pictures and labels of everything you learned. The lecture note packet is the lecture slideshows word for word. All you have to do is fill in blanks. If you study the packet, you'll pass her tests. Outside studying is definitely required, but if you use your notes and manual, and maybe even work in groups, passing should be a breeze.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course especially for those going into the medical field or for those who are wanting to be personal trainers, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and so on just because of the sheer amount of knowledge about the human body. I've learned so much in such a short amount of time. I didn't think it was possible to love school so much but after this class I was a believer.

    Course highlights:

By taking this course, I learned all the bones in the human body and their function and locations, I've learned everything about the muscles of the cat and human body along with their respected functions, names, and locations along with their attachment points. Lastly, I've learned everything about our organs and the different tissues that surround or line each organ. I feel very much like a doctor now able to name scientifically each respected limb, muscle, or organ!

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

If someone decides to take this course, be prepared to study night and day because this class really determines if you are serious about your schooling. I would suggest making multiple friends or study partners in the same lecture class as you. Also, charts and color coding are also key points.
