    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is one of the most difficult throughout my four years of undergrad, but it can be done.

    Course highlights:

This course highlights how cells use proteins and gradients to shuffle matter into and out itself.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The best thing to do would be to come to class prepared. Try to understand at least half of the information before the professor covers it in class because it is easy to fall behind.

    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Hardest class I have/ever will take. His exams are extremely difficult but that's just because of the material. Collie is one of my favorite professors that I have had, and he knows the material front and back so he expects his students to know it well. Don't expect to have much of a life outside of this class.

    Course highlights:

The highlight was definitely the "flipped classroom" model. It is very different from other courses I have took in my college career. I learned about how enzymes work and what cells are affected when the body is in a healthy versus a diseased state.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

A very tough professor but he wants students to succeed. The best way to do that is to TALK TO HIM! Works with you for hours until you understand the material. The book is a "guide" and he will give all the information needed for the exams during lecture and on his notes. BRING A AUDIO RECORDER! Saved me a few times.
