    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course not only because it is required for an Engineering degree, but also because Dr. Dannemiller challenges his students to think for themselves; not simply to regurgitate textbook jargon.

    Course highlights:

I really loved the structure of this course and that it starts of teaching you HOW to succeed not only in ENGR 1315, but in your other courses as well.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay on top of your homework-- it helps with other coursework.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

If you're planning on going the engineering path this class is a great way to start it. The professor isn't the kind to read off boring slides. He makes the class laugh and shows you even those wanting to be an engineer can have some fun too.

    Course highlights:

In this class, I learned how to not only write codes on programs, but also logic and reasoning. The logic and reasoning helped significantly on how to write codes.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If your not sure if you to be an engineer because of the other courses that you have to take. Take this class first then decide.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is a required course and having friends in the class would be great to collaborate; start on the semester project once you get it and do not wait till the end of the class to take it.

    Course highlights:

I learned information about coding with MATLAB. Learned basic skills of life and professionalism that will be helpful in the real world setting.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You have to take it so do your best and get started on the MATLAB homework as soon as you get assigned. Keep up with the homework because the teacher will not tell you when it is due.
