    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Definitely take this course if you are in any way Bio-oriented. Dini's class is a tough one, but if you push through it, take an excellent set of notes, go to SI sessions and read your textbook, you're golden. It also doesn't hurt to go through practice tests from previous semesters.

    Course highlights:

I learned more than I ever thought I would. Dini goes in depth, he explains the material, but takes it a step further and challenges you to use it and everything you've learned on his tests. While his tests are moderately difficult, you will feel so much satisfaction for actually KNOWING the material.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

As I said before, READ READ READ your textbook. Record the lectures with a voice recorder. Take a good set of notes while in lecture. AFTER lecture, listen to your recording, go back and rewrite your notes, making sure to get any details you missed. AFTER THAT, go to the Learning Center on campus and enhance your notes even more by watching Dini's lecture videos from past semesters. They're truly a lifesaver. I promise you, all this effort is worth it. And finally, GO TO CLASS. If you don't go, you'll never know!

    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class will push you mentally and even emotional and you should expect to learn more on what you already know.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course would be getting more in dept insight on the world of Biology and to apply what you know further than the definition of a term.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in this course you need to go to each class already prepared for the lesson. Study everyday as this course is difficult and requires a lot of background knowledge.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is extremely tough for no reason! I advise you to take this course elsewhere where a basic level biology course will be much simpler. Do not waste your time and your GPA.

    Course highlights:

He is a great professor but tests are too difficult. You will learn so much! But not enough to excel on tests.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

STUDY STUDY STUDY! Make a study group and go over the weeks lectures and material every week. Make sure you read and do your absolute best in lab.
