    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    It is a very imformative class, especially if you are trying to learn more about how to build a better and healthier life style. The text really breaks things down for you and helps with setting up goals and game plans. Labs really help in showing individuals just how at risk they are for cardiovascular diseases BMI's and body fat, things like that. For the more heavy set individuals like me, it really puts things into percpective and really emphasizes the importance of wellness.

    Course highlights:

    Learning about how to set up a fitness plan and make routines and good habits. Definately learning about how to set goals and stick to them.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    It's a pretty easy course, as long as you're willing to attend labs and learn about health and fitness it is genueinly a good class to be in if you are thinking about making some healthy changes.
