    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    It really helps your writing and editing skills tremendously and makes you feel prepared for whatever career you are pursuing in editing and writing. It is a bit tricky at times and you may feel defeated at times but it's all to make you a stronger editor and writer.

    Course highlights:

    AP style is very important in the editing and writing world and this is the whole basis for the class. Getting to know AP style like the back of your hand definitely makes you feel more confident about pursuing your career goals.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Go to all of the classes and pay close attention to details. If you miss class you may be lost on activities. Don't feel too confident about your answers on quizzes and tests because Crixell often tricks you to make you think more about the question.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This course was somewhat difficult. However, it made me a much better writing. Professor Crixell really wants his students to be the best. He starts class with power points of tips to help you with your assignments, quizzes and tests. All of which are not timed and you can use your notes on.

    Course highlights:

    He gives lots of extra credit quizzes to help boost your grade. He always lets you use your notes on all the assignments, quizzes and tests. He tells you what you do wrong in your writing and how to make it better.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Use all of the materials he posts on blackboard. Take enough time out to focus on the assignments. Don't procrastinate and always go to class because he goes over all the assignments, quizzes and tests. Pay close attention because he asks tricky questions so you learn the material better.
