    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is a lot of work but I genuinely enjoy learning the new material. Every bit of information is new to me and it sometimes feels like using Excel is magic!

    Course highlights:

I am currently in the course but I have learned how to write and calculate using functions like SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT and COUNTA. As well as logical functions like IF, AND, and OR. I learned that there is a difference between data and information.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Plan out times to do your work leaving enough time for each assignment to take longer than anticipated.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

do all the homework. i know that seems like a given but i can count on one hand how many classes i actually attended yet i was able to make a 94 in the class by doing the homework and taking advantage of the extra credit.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

My professor was beyond brilliant. She was inspiring, and to me that can make or break a class. She consistently provoked thought among the students and encouraged us to help each other.

    Course highlights:

I learned how prevalent technology is, from retail to real-estate. The guest speakers we warm and informative.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

This class may be easier for more tech-savvy people but if you are moderately versed in computers and coding like, take advantage of extra credit opportunities.
