    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    I would because you learn how to organize information and make it conveniently accessible.

    Course highlights:

    The introduction to macros and pivot tables, which allow you in analyze data and organize it in a cool way.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Just make sure that you do all the work and go to class and it's really easy. There is not a lot of complex thinking in this class.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    Professor Felvegi is very passionate about the course and you will learn crucial introductory information about MIS such as the functions of information systems in every day life. You will also learn about civility and how important it is in the workplace.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights include various guest presentations from fellow students and/or alumni who have used information systems along their careers. The content of those presentations offers insight into real world scenarios and may inspire you to become someone great.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Pay attention to lecture, especially when she is going over information about excel and the history of technology. Write down clicker questions and do the MyITLab assignments on time.

    Course Overview:

    Teaches computer skills that can be applied to most jobs in the work force today

    Course highlights:

    Overall hands on learning. The homework has you actually manipulating a variety of files and helps students become comfortable with computer applications.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    This course isn't terribly hard but work in required. It easy to get an A if you keep up with the assignments and pay attention to your notes. Again its not hard but its a lot of information to cover.
