The text really breaks things down for you and helps with setting up goals and game plans. Labs really help in showing individuals just how at risk they are for cardiovascular diseases BMI's and body fat, things like that. For the more heavy set individuals like me, it really puts things into percpective and really emphasizes the importance of wellness.
