    Course Overview:

    It is a great course for anyone wanting to become a dietitian. The focus is on the various vitamins and minerals needed in our diet and how having deficiencies or an excess can effect the body.

    Course highlights:

    I learn that antioxidants are known as vitamins A,C,and E. As well lemon does a better job from protecting people from scurvy than limes.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Study ahead, form study groups, and come up with pneumonic devices.
