    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    Great introduction to the history and current trends of cultural anthropology. Take this course if you are interested in social sciences and/or nonprofit work.

    Course highlights:

    Reading Pathologies of Power by Paul Farmer and team projects.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Read the entire books and start your projects early!

    It was a great class. Amazing professor

    Course highlights:

    It was very well taught. There is a different professor now, but the discussion was insightful.

    stay on top of the reading! Pick a group that you know will participate.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend cultural anthropology, because it changed the way I look at the world. Through this course I was able to travel to an orphanage in Haiti.

    Course highlights:

    Read Margaret Mead's books Learned about many different cultures, and got to experience a different culture first hand.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Keep up with reading, and have fun most importantly so you can absorb the information.
