    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I recommend taking this class with Professor Rafique because she is a very straight forward professor. If you read the assigned chapters from the book, complete her study guides, and study them, doing well on her exams is granted. The 2 essays assigned are clearly explained so there is no misunderstanding, we know exactly what she is looking for.

    Course highlights:

This class was extremely interesting, it makes you acknowledge how important maintaining personal health can be. It is informative and all the material is something beneficial to know in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The class material is something you can apply to your daily life to live a long, healthy life.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You definitely need the book to be successful in the course. The book is where all your exam and study material is. In order to succeed you need to read the chapters, complete the chapter reviews, and know how to write good essays that require some research.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would most definitely recommend this course!! The material is something I am very interested in and I loved learning about it.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course, for me, was the professor. She was super nice and wanted to help us learn and succeed in her course. The chapter that I was most interested in learning was about the alcohol abuse. I find it very interesting to learn about alcohol and what tole it has on people who consume it.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The advice I would give would be to buy the book and write down all the due dates that are on the syllabus. The work is not hard at all, just some that require time.
