Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is a required course for some COMM majors. I enjoy being in his course. I when there's classes with something other than test because it gives people a chance to make a good grade and not completely rank the class. That's if you're bad test taker. He gives 4 pop quizzes and drops one. Aswell as 2 500 word essays over movies and case studies.

    Course highlights:

So far I've learned about the law aspect of comm which is needed very much for my career.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

The earlier the you do the Assignments the less you worry about later on in the class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend taking this class if you are a great participator. He loves for students to get involved and learn the material for the sake of their own careers. His goal if for his students to be able to protect themselves when their in their communications career field. So make sure to take the time out to learn the laws and cases and stories behind how they were made.

    Course highlights:

One day a week and he usually let us out early if we participated well. I learned so much about legality of media and journalism. How to be safe of the internet and what I post. Also the history of cases and why rulings were made or overturned.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study his notes and the cases. Thats where the majority of his exam questions stem from. They are not straight forward questions he does expect you to utilize what you learned and critically think.
