    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    Yes I would recommend this course, because it is easy to learn and vital information for everyday life. Very applicable to becoming a sports facility manager.

    Course highlights:

    The lectures didn't feel like lectures, it felt more like a conversation and easy to listen to. Most of it was common sense, but the managing part of delegating duties to employees and know what to take care of first.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Listen up, do the homework, and go volunteer and you will be just fine.

    Course Overview:

    I really enjoyed Dr. Lowder's class. He definitely keeps the course interesting.

    Course highlights:

    The rubber chicken and shark. The course covers a whole lot of physiological processes during exercise and at rest. Most of the tests are written answer not multiple choice, which can be more challenging but there are a whole lot of partial credit points given

    Advice for students:

    Definitely study thoroughly before the tests, you will have to know a lot off hand

    this course is very helpful if you are a kinesiology major. it helps you understand what is happening to your body when your are exercising.

    Course highlights:

    I learned about supplements and the physiology of the body when you're exercising.
