    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    It is a great introductory course to people looking to dive into something related to data analysis or machine learning. It goes through all the basic algorithms and concepts to get a feel for the field of machine learning. Dr. Vilalta is a great professor as well and he is very helpful and takes care of his students.

    Course highlights:

    Introduction to machine learning. All the basic algorithms and techniques used in machine learning. Two main parts of the course, classification and clustering.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Always look at the lecture videos uploaded by Dr. Vilalta in case you miss any of the classes. He breaks complex math equations into simple terms. Videos can be useful when preparing for exams as well. Go to the TAs if you have any doubts. They are very helpful.
