    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Professor Poliak is a wonderful professor who really helps students who are not that great with math understand stats. She explains things very well and answers any questions you may have!!

    Course highlights:

I thought I was going to do terrible in stats because math is not something I enjoy. However I really liked taking this course because it was during election season so we were able to look at polls and predict stats on them.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be sure to have an open mind and not sike yourself out. I was nervous about taking stats and ended up making a A in the class, do all of you homework, poppers, and try to score as high as you can on quizzes. You have 20 tries so you should use those to practice for the tests!

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I took this class during a winter mini session and it was great. Super fast paced but if you hate math as much as I do it was a great way to get it over with quickly.

    Course highlights:

The professor actually cares about the students. She wants the students to do well. She is willing to help as long as the student asks for it.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

This class is 3 hours a night every night. If that doesn't sound like something you can keep up with do not take this class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

If you watch the lectures, the material is super easy to understand. He puts it in terms that are easy to comprehend. Always gives multiple examples and actually made this class enjoyable, and I took it online.

    Course highlights:

I learned everything stats related. It was cool because you are doing problems that you might actually do in real life, unlike a lot of classes. You are figuring situations out by using information and numbers.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Always take the practice test because they give you extra points towards the test, which is a HUGE help towards your grade. Also, make sure to do all the poppers and homework, don't ever miss one. Also, on the home page of the course there is a link for practice test and quizzes and these are different from the ones you actually take, they are just reviewing but you can't actually turn them in. These are super similar problems that will be on your quizzes and test, if you can do those, you will ace the quizzes and tests.
