    | Would not recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It's super hard, class is pointless , he just reads slides that he uploads

    Course highlights:

I learned what advanced chemical engineering classes would look like

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Trust me , if you wanna pass this class, understand the chapter and basic concepts, then go hit book problems as much as possible, the more tricks you know, the more possible you will survive

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is the first weed-out course for chemical engineering. I would recommend taking the additional problem solving section with this course if you are taking it for the first time.

    Course highlights:

Epling no longer teaches at UH, but he was always pretty straight forward and fair on his exams.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Do all the practice problems. Take the additional problem solving section. Get over your test anxiety.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Tough course, had to put my complete effort in this class. Practice! Practice! Practice! you need to get how to solve questions from the textbook. Take Workshops if needed. Do Not take Cirino!

    Course highlights:

Energy Balance, Flow Rates, Partial Pressure, Etc.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

If you cannot practice textbook problems then do not take this course.
