    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Almus is super helpful when it comes to calculus. I've taken her for calc 1 and calc 2 and I wish she taught calc 3 because I would take her again in a heartbeat. She is super helpful in the lecture and she gives plenty of opportunities to make an A in this class.

    Course highlights:

After taking Calc 2 with Dr. Almus, I am now ready to face Calc 3 with out fear. You learn all the expected requirements for Calc 3 in this class.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Start early. Begin to look at the chapters before she teaches in class, that will helpful a lot. Then, right after class or the next day go over the section and all of the sections you've covered in class for that chapter that way when it's time to take your exam you will have tons of hours practicing the chapter.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

She asks to make sure the students knows the material instead of rushing over everything to leave class.

    Course highlights:

Everything was a highlight. Math is one of my favorite subjects. I was intrigued with everything new.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT FALL BEHIND. Since it is a math course, falling behind and trying to catch back up is a very hard thing to do. Do not fall behind under any circumstances.
