    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend the course because it is very important for us to know about living a healthy life, eating the right foods and at the appropriate time. Also, we would know how to keep our bodies in shape in order to reduce the risk of sickness.

    Course highlights:

I have been able to know the right amount of food, when to eat and how we can help our families live healthy. I am someone who do not exercise regularly and I do not keep my body in shape, I do not eat the right type of foods. This course has helped me changed a lot of my eating habits and in my household we have been maintaining a balanced diet and creating time for exercises.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Be ready to study. Textbook is very important in this course. Get an highlighter and mark important definitions and words from the textbook. Do not try to cram, just understand the concepts, and you will do just fine. If a definition or concept is too long for you to understand, go online and search for an easier or simpler definition and you will do just fine.
