    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    The section I took was online and the pace was comfortable, considering the wealth of knowledge I would obtain that semester.

    Course highlights:

    I learned how federal, state, and local laws apply to the hospitality industry and how those laws are forever changing. The course made me change the way I think about interactions between businesses and their clients, and taught me to think about how a businesses actions can affect customer experience both negatively and positively.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Participation in class discussions is the biggest help with the concepts in this class. Learning from the views and ideas of other students can help with problem solving in legal issues that could potentially arise in business.

    I learned how the laws are constantly changing based on new events that occur in the industry.

    Advice for students:

    Don't wait till the last minute to complete assignments. Many of them are detail-oriented and you need time to fully analyze the material.

    The highlight of this course is hearing our teachers's real life experince
