    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this course because it is just a building block about stuff that everyone needs to know about their personal health and fitness.

    Course highlights:

I gained a better knowledge of what my personal fitness is right now, and what my goals are for the future. I learned how to set attainable goals, as well as learning about what my body is actually doing when I'm working out.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to the 1 hr lab session (held once a week), you get attendance points and it never usually takes the full hour. Also, do your assignments gradually throughout the semester. Don't wait until the day before every single thing is due, that just stresses you out in a course that requires no stress.
