I liked Barth he is very knowledgable about the industry, but he runs his class more as a discussion and sometimes would get way off topic.
I learned a lot about the beginnings of the Hospitality industry. The main thing I remember was going over the different wines and what they pair with. My favorite project was planning a trip from beginning to end.
